Why did we build this for you?
Back in 2014 when Alejandro started his fitness journey for his own purposes he found that despite seeing some improvement, the training and dieting methods shown were too extreme and many times it was one way or no way. There was little education involved and it was a "do as you are told" approach and he knew that there must be another way that could be more empowering and sustainable.
Since starting Aquam Fitness in 2020, the mission has always been to help people become the best version of themselves while educating them in the process; helping people improve their relationship with food, get them stronger and more confident within their body without worrying about restrictive and extreme diets.
The key to the body, health, and fitness levels you want are not an impossible ask. You are worthy of the results you desire, you just haven’t found that approach that works for you yet.
